Product Color

Green

Green glass packaging is used for wine, beverages, oils and distinctive lifestyle ranges where a colored vessel supports both shelf recognition and some reduction in light transmission. Shade consistency and decoration contrast should be approved on the actual bottle.

Specification Checklist

How the Color Can Be Created

01

Colored Glass

Green color is integrated into the glass composition for durable all-over color.

02

Project-Specific Coating

A clear bottle can be coated when an exact visual shade is required; sample durability is essential.

Buyer Notes

What else should be confirmed?

Transparency & Visual Effect

Green glass remains translucent. Visibility and light screening vary by hue, saturation and wall thickness, so functional protection should be validated for the filled product.

Pantone / Custom Color Control

Coated green can be matched to a controlled color target. Furnace-colored glass should be approved by physical range samples rather than assuming an exact Pantone match.

Batch Consistency

Check hue across body thickness, shoulder and base. Lot-to-lot limits should be agreed before large repeat orders.

Logo & Decoration Compatibility

White, cream, metallic and high-opacity prints normally give strong contrast; transparent inks should be tested because the base glass changes perceived color.
