Start with usable fill: Confirm product density and usable fill instead of relying only on a nominal ml/g label. Also confirm opening diameter: Confirm filling clearance and consumer access. Final dimensions, components and packing should be approved against the selected Bright Glassware model or sample before mass production.
Customize clear, amber, frosted, coated or double-wall jars; PP/ABS/metal/wood-style lids; liners or inner discs; printing, hot stamping and labels; custom molds; spatulas; and retail/gift boxes.
Use cell dividers sized to the jar body, protect lids from thread and surface damage, and keep liners clean. Double-wall and heavy jars need lower carton counts or stronger grids. Decorative lids should be separated from coated glass when abrasion is possible.
