FAQ About Cologne Bottles
Can the current bottles be used for splash cologne?
A splash proposal needs an appropriate neck and confirmed dispensing closure; the current spray presentation does not establish that combination. Send the selected glass reference and desired pouring or controlled-splash routine for component review. If the neck cannot accept a suitable closure, compare another bottle instead of assuming a reducer can be fitted to any spray bottle.
Can we customize the navy or black finish?
We can review suitable spray-color and logo options on the selected bottle. Approve the color, opacity and decoration placement on a physical sample before production.
Will a larger capacity use the same cap and tube?
It must be checked for each capacity. Compare the neck, cap-and-collar fit, internal tube reach and complete packed height on assembled samples. If the larger bottle needs different hardware, give it a separate component reference in the order. This lets the collection share its visual identity without asking the filling team to infer which parts belong to each size.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders start from 1,000 pieces, subject to the model, quantity per version, decoration, components and packing. Complex custom projects may require a different minimum.
How long do samples take?
Existing sample preparation is generally about 3 days; development is around 7 days. Selected spray-color or logo sampling may take about 3–5 days on suitable existing models with available parts and approved artwork. Transit is additional.

Do Not Choose a Cologne Bottle by Color Alone
A darker bottle may fit the visual brief, but it does not prove compatibility with the fragrance or closure. Start with dispensing and filling requirements. Use the final coating and logo sample to judge the brand presentation after the complete pack is defined.
Review the selected dark finish with the intended logo color and assembled cap under the lighting used for presentation review. If a subtle mark disappears against the coating, adjust its contrast or position rather than make the bottle darker merely to strengthen the grooming identity.

Review Large Formats as Separate Products
Moving to a larger bottle changes hand feel, internal pickup, cap balance and carton footprint. Even within a related glass family, approve the complete larger format. This helps avoid a design that looks consistent in a render but handles awkwardly at retail size.

Flat faces, edges and facets affect available print area. A mark that crosses an edge may distort or become difficult to align. Review the chosen logo position on physical glass and confirm a repeatable reference for the production and inspection teams.
Choose a repeatable reference face for the logo, such as the selected front facet, and review its relationship to the cap and collar. If the body offers several similar faces, show the intended orientation clearly so the decorated sample is not approved against an ambiguous front view.
Plan a Grooming Collection with Separate Specifications
A shared brand palette can connect cologne, aftershave and other grooming items. Their formulas and application methods may still require different liners, pumps or closures. Keep each pack’s approval record clear while coordinating the visible design across the range.
Build the grooming range as separate component lists under one visual brief. If the aftershave uses a reducer while the cologne sprays, identify that difference in sampling and packing. This lets the collection look coordinated without confusing the filling team about which closure belongs to which formula.
