Customization Without Unnecessary Complexity

Customize a proven model before developing a new mold

Most packaging differentiation can be created without changing the glass shape. Start with surface, branding, components and retail packaging, then move into exclusive tooling only when geometry itself must be unique.

Need an exclusive shape?

Move into custom mold development only after the product brief is clear and a standard model cannot achieve the required geometry.

Buyer FAQ

Questions buyers ask before sampling and production

How is the minimum order quantity determined for glass bottles, candle jars, and accessories? +

Bright Glassware does not publish one universal MOQ for every product. Existing product pages show that minimums vary by model and project—for example, many glass bottle or candle jar listings use 1,000 pieces, while some packaging or cosmetic-jar projects list higher quantities. The final MOQ also changes when spray color, electroplating, printing, a special pump or lid, or a custom box needs a separate production run. We therefore confirm MOQ after the complete combination has been selected, rather than applying one number to every bottle, jar, or accessory.

Can I combine different bottle or jar models in one order? +

Mixed-model orders can be discussed, especially when the products use existing designs. The current Bright Glassware FAQ states that different items may be combined, but each item still needs to meet its own MOQ. In practice, plain samples and standard items are easier to combine than products requiring separate colors, logos, caps, lids, or boxes. Send a model-by-model quantity list and we will check what can share one shipment, what must be produced separately, and whether the total order remains commercially practical.

What is the difference between stock products, standard production, and custom-mold packaging? +

A stock or readily available item is an existing model that may be sampled quickly. Standard production also uses an existing mold, but the factory may need to make a new batch in the required quantity. A fully custom bottle or jar changes the structure itself and normally requires design review, drawings or 3D work, mold development, sampling, and approval before mass production. Many brand changes do not require a new glass mold: Bright Glassware already offers color spraying, frosting, electroplating, printing, lids, caps, and boxes on existing models.

What factors affect the price of custom glass packaging? +

For Bright Glassware projects, the container is only one part of the final cost. Capacity, glass weight, shape, order quantity, surface finish, printing area, number of colors, pump or lid choice, gift-box structure, packing protection, and transport method all affect the quotation. The company’s existing pages repeatedly present one-stop packages that combine jars or bottles with decoration, components, and boxes. For a fair comparison between suppliers, make sure every quotation covers the same finished specification rather than comparing an undecorated bottle with a shelf-ready set.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? +

Yes. Bright Glassware’s current FAQ explains that standard samples may be offered for quality checking, with freight collected, while samples made to a customer’s exact decoration or packaging request may be charged. Several product pages show an indicative sample lead time of about seven working days, but this is not a promise for every model. Before ordering, confirm whether you need a plain existing sample, a component-matched sample, or a fully decorated approval sample, because each serves a different purpose.
