Send the design you prefer, target fill, reed arrangement, quantity and destination. We will help define the package to quote.
Three Decisions Before You Order
Where does the fragrance sit?
A wide outer cover can surround a much smaller inner chamber. Establish the intended fill level inside that chamber before choosing the retail size or estimating refill requirements.
How will the reeds enter?
The opening, internal shape and reed bundle need to work together. A sample makes it easier to judge insertion, spacing and the finished appearance than a front-view photograph.
What arrives in the box?
List the glass body, reeds, decorative pieces, transit closure and retail box separately. A styled photograph shows a presentation; your quotation should identify the supplied parts.
More selection and specification guidance
For a brand developing its first diffuser, the main risk is choosing the outside appearance before deciding the liquid chamber and components. For an established collection, it is often reproducing the same assembled version when a second order is placed.
Bright Glassware can discuss glass selection, logo placement and protective packaging around the chosen design. Bring a reference and the intended formulation to the sampling stage so the visual and practical decisions are made together.
Shapes That Give a Fragrance Collection Its Character
The photographs below come from our diffuser range. Each construction raises a different question about fill, presentation or packing.

Ribbed Oval Bottles
The rounded body and vertical ribs offer a quieter alternative to a sculptural insert. Source references list 250ml and 400ml versions. Choose the proportion that fits your shelf position, then check the branding area between the ribs.
Discuss This Design →
Two Spherical Inner Chambers
Two connected glass spheres sit inside a clear outer form. The range includes 150ml, 190ml and 300ml references; outside height alone does not identify the fill. Ask for the exact size and reed arrangement to be sampled together.
Discuss This Design →
A Heart at the Centre
The coloured heart creates a clear front-facing feature inside a rounded shell. The listed 110ml version suits a gift-led design brief. Position artwork so it identifies the fragrance without obscuring the heart.
Discuss This Design →
A Tapered Body with Stacked Chambers
Three rounded chambers create a vertical focal point inside the tapered outer form. The source lists a 100ml version. Include the intended liquid level in the sample brief, because the composition changes as the chamber is filled.
Discuss This Design →
A Slim Suspended Tube
A narrow inner tube leaves clear space around the fragrance and reeds. Source references include 30ml and 120ml versions. Match the liquid quantity to the inner tube, and allow separately for the taller outer body and projecting reeds.
Discuss This Design →
A Pear-Shaped Inner Vessel
The yellow pear-shaped chamber and broad flared opening create a different silhouette from a narrow-neck bottle. Ask for the working capacity and dimensions of the selected version rather than estimating them from the clear cover.
Discuss This Design →Reeds, Openings and Transit Closures
Reeds are part of both the appearance and the functional brief. Specify their length, diameter, colour and material, along with any decorative flowers or other pieces you want included. A bundle pictured in a sample is not a fixed order quantity.
The opening used to display the diffuser and the closure needed for transport are separate decisions. Confirm how the selected vessel will be supplied and filled, especially for shapes with suspended chambers or wide openings.
Discuss Custom Options →
Branding Around the Glass Design
A clear outer cover and a coloured inner chamber already create a strong visual identity. A small mark on the outer body or a well-positioned box label may carry the brand more clearly than a large graphic across the centre.
Bright Glassware’s colour-spraying and logo facilities support decoration discussions around suitable glass designs. Send the artwork, colour reference and intended position; the decorated sample should establish what works on that particular surface.
Turn the Selected Design into an Order Specification
Sampling brings the appearance, liquid chamber, accessories and packaging into one purchasing decision. Capture the following points before the order is released.
- Glass version: Identify the inner shape, colour appearance and size.
- Working fill: Record the intended liquid level in the actual chamber.
- Supplied parts: Name the reed bundle, decorative pieces and closure scope.
- Presentation: Agree the artwork position and the packed configuration.
Diffuser Sampling Checklist
| Stage | What We Review | Buyer Approval / Output |
|---|---|---|
| Glass body | External dimensions and the inner chamber belong in separate records. | Drawing and identified glass sample |
| Intended fill | Confirm the filling level and access for the selected fragrance. | Fill reference for that version |
| Reed assembly | Check insertion path, bundle size and the visible spread. | Agreed reed specification and sample |
| Artwork | Locate the logo without hiding the main decorative feature. | Artwork revision and decorated sample |
| Packaging | Support the glass without loading the suspended chamber or opening. | Approved insert and complete packed sample |
Bring Your Fragrance Brief to the Glass Selection
A photograph, intended fill, target quantity and delivery destination give us a useful starting point. Add your reed and box requirements if they are already decided.
Request a Project Quote →Packing for Decorative Diffuser Glass
The pack needs to follow the actual construction. Cartons, foam, bubble bags and EPS are available for protection, with pallets for bulk shipments; the arrangement is agreed for the selected design.

Support the Outer Body
The base and outer shell should locate the vessel in its insert. Narrow openings and suspended chambers need clearance from pressure points.

Separate the Accessories
Long reeds and decorative stems need their own protection so they cannot lever against the glass during handling. Define whether the parts travel assembled or separately.

Size the Finished Retail Pack
Measure the supplied configuration before releasing box artwork. Allow for any closure and for a reed bundle packed alongside the bottle.

Confirm the Shipping Specification
Request the carton dimensions, packed weight and quantities for the chosen version. Freight planning should use that agreed pack rather than the bare-glass photograph.
Evaluate the Fragrance, Reeds and Vessel Together
A glass material name does not establish the behaviour of a finished diffuser. The fragrance formulation, reeds, opening and intended fill all belong in the development sample. Ask your fragrance or filling partner to evaluate the exact combination.
Agree the checks needed for your market and distribution route. If a particular compatibility, closure or transport requirement matters to your project, put it into the brief before ordering; appearance alone cannot verify it.
Different Buyers, Different Design Decisions

Home-Fragrance Brands
A distinctive inner shape can lead a collection. Plan fragrance names, colour references and component choices so each version remains easy to order.

Gift and Lifestyle Importers
A heart or sculptural chamber creates a recognisable gift presentation. Give equal attention to the unboxing experience and support inside the retail pack.

Private-Label Development Teams
Start with the intended fill and retail position. The inner tube, outer height and reed bundle may each need a different decision before the pack is ready.
MOQ and Production Planning
A Clearer Route from Design to Purchase
A vessel that carries the collection
Ribbed bodies, coloured hearts and suspended reservoirs offer different visual directions. Choose the structure that suits the range before adding a large label or an elaborate box.
Capacity tied to the selected version
The inner reservoir and outer display body can have different proportions. Specify the exact version and intended fill together.
Room for the actual reed bundle
An attractive photograph may show fewer or thinner reeds than your finished pack needs. Set the bundle dimensions early and check its path through the opening and reservoir.
Branding with a clear focal point
A small mark may suit an internal ornament better than a wraparound label. Place the artwork on a sample so the bottle, colour and branding work together from the intended viewing angle.
Packing around the complete configuration
Plan support for the glass body and separate space for loose reeds or closures. Box dimensions should follow the approved components and their arrangement, including any parts packed apart.
An order brief that supports reordering
Record the shape, internal colour, capacity reference, components and packing. These details give the next purchase a precise starting point.
Questions About Borosilicate Diffuser Bottles
How do I choose between a conventional bottle and an inner-reservoir design?
A ribbed oval bottle presents one continuous body; a heart, stacked spheres or suspended tube makes the reservoir part of the design. Match capacity to the exact version, then assess filling and reed placement on a sample.
Does the outer bottle size tell me how much fragrance it holds?
Outer dimensions describe the footprint, not the inner reservoir’s liquid capacity. Ask for the chosen version’s capacity reference and agree the fill level before your filler sets the retail volume.
Are reeds, stoppers and fragrance included?
The quotation should list the glass body, stopper, reeds and packaging separately. Photographs show possible presentations. Tell us which parts you need and whether your filling partner will supply the fragrance.
Can the same reeds and stopper fit every design?
A similar-looking opening does not establish an interchangeable fit. Reed length, bundle width and the route into the inner reservoir need checking for the selected bottle. The transport stopper also needs its own fit assessment with the intended fragrance.
Can I request a colour or branding proposal?
Send the bottle image, colour reference and artwork position. Internal colour and outer decoration affect the appearance differently. A sample lets you judge whether branding leaves the inner design visible and works with the reeds and box.
What are the minimum order and production times?
The minimum order is 1,000 pieces. Samples take 3–7 days and bulk production takes 30–40 days. Confirm the design, components, decoration and packing with the quotation.
What should I send for a useful quotation?
Send a bottle reference, quantity, intended fill, colours, reed and stopper requirements, artwork and destination. Include any retail-box brief so the supplied parts and packing are defined before you compare quotations.
Choose the reservoir before finalising the fragrance pack
Decorative diffuser glass asks two questions at once: how will it look, and where will the liquid sit? The clear outer body can frame a coloured heart, stacked spheres or a long suspended tube. That visual space should not be mistaken for usable fill volume.
Give your filling partner the exact bottle reference and proposed fill. A sample can then settle the filling approach, liquid level and reed placement before printed volume claims and box artwork are fixed.

Build a gift presentation around the inner design
For gift importers, the internal form can be the feature customers notice first. A heart-shaped reservoir and a tall narrow tube create different shelf proportions, even when both sit inside clear glass.
Decide which face should meet the buyer when the box opens. The insert, logo position and reed colour should support that view without obscuring the feature that made the bottle worth selecting.
Separate display choices from transport requirements
The open bottle with reeds is the use-stage presentation. A shipment needs an agreed closure arrangement and protection for the glass and loose components. Those are separate decisions in the purchasing brief.
Specify whether bottles ship empty, where filling will take place and which party supplies each component. Fragrance compatibility and closure performance need assessment on the actual assembly; a display photograph cannot establish either.
Make the quotation specific enough to compare
A bottle-only price and a price including reeds, stopper and retail box cover different orders. List the required parts beside the chosen glass design, then add decoration, quantities and destination.
For private-label ranges, record a separate configuration for each size or colour combination. This keeps sampling, artwork approval and later reorders connected to the version your team actually selected.
