No. A small bottle may be intended for factory filling, while a reusable miniature needs a defined opening or refill interface. Ask which operation the supplied hardware supports and request the actual tool or adapter if one is proposed. If the customer is expected to refill it, review that complete sequence on the selected sample rather than infer reuse from a removable-looking cap.
Can one discovery set include different mini bottle sizes?
A mixed-format set can be reviewed, but give the tray designer complete capped units and a clear size-and-scent list. If the heights or cap shapes differ, use suitable cavities and check removal access rather than share one recess. Confirm that the consumer can identify each fragrance after removing it from the tray; the outer sleeve alone may not provide that information.

A plain trial spray and a decorative miniature can have similar fill volumes while serving different buying objectives. Decide whether the customer is evaluating a scent or purchasing a collectible small fragrance. That decision guides glass design, hardware, decoration and the retail pack.
For a one-fill discovery pack, prioritize scent identification and straightforward opening. A miniature can support repeated spray use without being refillable. If consumer refilling is part of the retail offer, define who refills it, the actual interface and the instructions before approving the hardware.

Design the Set before Finalizing the Bottles
A discovery box needs space for complete caps, clear scent names and finger access. Consider how bottles will be removed and replaced. Approving the tray alongside the miniatures helps avoid a beautiful set that becomes awkward to use or difficult to assemble.
Lay the complete units in the proposed tray before approving its cavities. Check whether taller caps obscure neighboring scent names and whether a user can lift one bottle without disturbing the others. Mixed formats may need distinct cavities even when the glass volumes look similar.
Review Total Unit Cost
The smallest empty bottle is not automatically the lowest-cost finished program. Pumps, caps, multi-design artwork, inserts and individual packing affect the quotation. Provide the complete set plan so alternatives can be assessed on the same commercial basis.
Ask quotations to distinguish the bare bottle, complete sprayer set, decoration by scent and packed discovery set. If the design changes from one miniature to several variants, compare the same assembled scope again rather than multiplying the original bottle-only unit price.
Choose Artwork for the Real Surface
Mini bottles offer limited space, and textured glass limits it further. A simple mark on a suitable face can work better than shrinking a detailed full-size design. Review print placement, contrast and required product information on a finished physical sample.
Print the logo proof at its intended size and place it on a physical sample or accurate surface layout. If a rib or facet interrupts a character, simplify or reposition the mark before approving the print; enlarging the screen proof will not resolve that placement problem.
