Solutions for Candle Brands
Coordinate candle jars, lids, decoration, retail packaging, sampling and repeat production around one branded candle program.
How We Support Your Packaging Program
Build the Packaging System Around the Candle, Not Just the Jar
For a candle brand, the vessel is only one part of the finished product. Jar size, usable wax fill, inner diameter, wick arrangement, lid fit, decoration area and retail packaging all affect the final packaging program. Start by shortlisting suitable glass candle jars, then coordinate the closure, decoration and secondary packaging around the selected format.
For candle-use projects, the finished candle should be validated with the intended wax, fragrance formula, wick system and fill level before launch. Physical samples provide the reference for dimensions, component fit, branding and packaging before bulk production.
Choose the Right Development Route for Your Candle Line
Start With an Existing Candle Jar
Existing models are usually the most practical route when speed, product validation or repeat availability matters. Compare capacity, opening, wall profile, decoration area and lid compatibility before adding branding.
Customize an Existing Jar
When the base vessel already works, differentiation can come from color, frosting, printing, labels, lids and boxes. Review the available glass packaging customization options before deciding whether a new structure is necessary.
Develop a Custom Mold
When an existing vessel cannot achieve the required silhouette, proportions or brand-owned structure, move to custom mold development after the design has been validated.
Coordinate the Jar, Closure, Decoration and Retail Box as One Set
The jar, lid, artwork and box should be reviewed as one assembled system. Decoration position, printable area and component proportions can change between sizes, while retail packaging needs to be built around the actual assembled product. For branded presentation, see custom retail packaging.
Retail presentation is different from export protection. Export cartons, dividers, pallets and shipment preparation should be planned separately through packing, shipping and export support.
Validate the Packaging Before Mass Production
Use existing samples to evaluate size and glass quality, decorated samples to approve color and branding, and assembled samples to check jar, lid, insert and box fit. Bright Glassware’s samples and prototyping process is designed to resolve these decisions before wider production.
The approved sample, drawing, artwork and agreed specification should then become the production reference. Finished candles should still be validated by the brand or filler using the intended wax, wick, fragrance load and burn conditions.
Build Repeat Orders Around Approved References
For ongoing collections, repeat-order control should identify the approved jar model, critical dimensions, finish, logo artwork, closure, box, insert and protective packing. During production, appearance, dimensions, decoration, component fit and packing can be checked against those references through the quality control process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions related to this sourcing and packaging solution.
Can different jar sizes use the same brand design?
Yes. A coordinated collection can use the same color system, logo style, lid material, and box design across several capacities, subject to the printable area and component availability of each model.
Can jars, lids, labels, and boxes be supplied together?
Yes. The project can be planned as a complete packaging set, which helps simplify sourcing and compatibility checks.
Do all decoration options have the same MOQ?
No. MOQ depends on the base vessel, process, color, artwork, accessories, and packaging. Stock products with simple decoration are normally more flexible than new molds or specialized finishes.
