Solutions for Importers & Distributors
Consolidate multiple glass packaging categories, SKUs, specifications, QC references and export requirements into a repeatable sourcing program.
How We Support Your Packaging Program
Manage the Range as a Sourcing Program, Not a List of Separate Products
Importers and distributors often buy across candle, diffuser, perfume, essential-oil and accessory categories. The main risk is not finding one product; it is keeping specifications, component combinations, packing and repeat-order references clear across many SKUs.
Build a SKU Matrix Before Quotation and Sampling
For each item, define model, capacity, finish, quantity, closure, decoration, retail packaging and target delivery window. Use the full product catalog to structure the range, then separate standard items from custom-development items so timelines and approvals remain clear.
Standardize Samples and Approval References
Use samples and prototyping to confirm new models, component combinations and decorated products before adding them to the repeat assortment. Approved samples, drawings and artwork should be recorded as SKU-level references.
Use QC Around the Risks of Each Product Family
Candle jars, perfume bottles and diffuser systems do not share exactly the same failure points. Define dimensional, appearance, decoration, component-fit, leakage or application-specific checks according to the product family. See the published quality control checkpoints.
Plan Export Packing and Shipment Consolidation Early
Cartons, pallets, shipping marks, freight route and receiving requirements should be considered while the order is being built, not after production is complete. Bright Glassware’s packing, shipping and export support covers the handoff from packed order to overseas delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions related to this sourcing and packaging solution.
Can several product categories be consolidated?
Several product categories can be planned within one sourcing program—for example perfume bottles, candle jars, diffuser bottles, essential-oil bottles or related accessories. Consolidation is easiest when each SKU has already met its own MOQ and production requirements. Different materials, colors and decoration processes may still need separate manufacturing runs even if the finished goods ship together. Provide a model-by-model quantity list and target delivery schedule so production timing, component matching, carton data and shipment consolidation can be reviewed before the order is confirmed.
Can distributor branding be added?
Yes. Distributor or private-label branding can be added through printing, labels, coatings, decals, engraved details, custom caps or lids and branded retail packaging, depending on the selected product. The most suitable method depends on order quantity, artwork, substrate and required durability. Provide the logo file, color references and intended placement along with the product model. For repeat programs, keep the approved artwork, color standard and physical sample as the production reference so future batches can be checked against the same branding specification.
How should a multi-SKU inquiry be prepared?
For a multi-SKU inquiry, list each product separately with its model or reference image, capacity, quantity, color, decoration, closure or lid and packaging requirement. Add the destination country and required delivery timing if known. A simple spreadsheet is often the clearest format for a larger range. Mark any components or design elements that should be shared across the collection. This allows the quotation to separate product-specific costs from common components, identify MOQ conflicts and show which SKUs can be produced or shipped together.
