2 Use of Website and Services
Our website provides information about our glass packaging solutions, customization capabilities, and B2B services for brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors, and OEM/ODM factories. You agree to use this website only for lawful business purposes related to product inquiry, sourcing, and communication with our team.
You may not use our website or services to:

3 Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, layout, and design, is the property of Shenzhen Bright Glassware Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Standard product designs, catalog images, and mold drawings developed by Bright Glassware remain our property unless otherwise agreed in a written custom mold or exclusivity agreement.
Custom molds, decorations, or packaging designs developed exclusively for a client under a signed development agreement will follow the ownership and exclusivity terms specified in that agreement. Any customer-provided artwork, logos, or brand assets remain the property of the customer and are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed order.
4 Product and Order Terms
Product specifications, capacities, colors, and finishes displayed on our website are representative and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes inherent to glass production. Final specifications, quantities, pricing, and lead times are confirmed through a written quotation or sales agreement.
Orders typically follow our project workflow: inquiry review, product recommendation, specification confirmation, quotation, sample approval, mass production, quality inspection, and export packing. Sample approval is required before mass production unless otherwise agreed. Minimum order quantities, payment terms, and delivery schedules will be stated in the applicable order confirmation.
Bright Glassware reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel an order due to material shortages, mold development constraints, incomplete specifications, or non-compliance with payment terms, with reasonable notice provided to the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Glassware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, delays in production or shipping caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, or third-party logistics and customs processes. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Quality issues must be reported within the timeframe specified in the applicable sales agreement or inspection report to allow for verification and resolution.
