500ml Diffuser Bottles are used for large home-fragrance, hospitality, long-duration reed-diffuser and statement scent programs. The Nominal 500ml label should be checked against actual usable fragrance fill, bottle stability, opening diameter, closure system and the planned reed or device setup. Larger or taller formats can change filled weight, reed proportion, evaporation behaviour and carton requirements.Approve the filled bottle with its transport plug or stopper, decorative closure and intended reeds or scent-system components. Test leakage, stability, fragrance compatibility and the intended scent-release or evaporation performance before bulk production. Decoration and gift packaging should be reviewed on the assembled system.

Share your target fill volume, outer dimensions, neck or closure and packing constraints. We can narrow the most practical standard sizes before sampling.
Nominal 500ml is the nominal size group. Confirm usable liquid fill and required headspace on the selected bottle.
Compare bottle height, body diameter or width/depth, base footprint, glass weight and assembled closure height. Stability and carton density can differ by model.
Choose by usable fill, base stability, opening, assembled component system, evaporation target and shipping weight—not capacity alone.

These answers cover the questions most likely to affect product selection, sampling and quotation for this collection.
Still have a question? Ask our team →Start with the target fragrance fill, bottle stability, opening size and the intended reed system. The bottle should remain stable when the reeds are installed, and the opening should provide enough clearance for the selected reed quantity and diameter without being unnecessarily large.
Then confirm the transport plug or stopper, decorative cap, fragrance compatibility, evaporation rate, decoration and retail packaging on the filled assembled sample. Diffuser performance depends on the bottle, fragrance, reeds and closure working together.
Many reed diffuser products use a separate sealing plug or transport closure to reduce leakage during filling, packing and shipping. A decorative cap is not automatically the transport seal.
Match the plug or closure to the exact bottle opening and test it with the intended fragrance. Also confirm how the consumer removes the seal and inserts the reeds, and make sure the final retail pack has enough space for the bottle, cap, plug and reeds.
The opening determines how the reeds enter the bottle and contributes to the exposed liquid area, while reed quantity, diameter, material and length affect fragrance transfer and evaporation. A larger opening or more reeds does not automatically mean better performance and can shorten product life.
Test the actual fragrance base and reed set in the selected bottle under realistic room conditions, then balance scent output, evaporation rate and expected use duration before production.
Export packing is selected according to product shape, weight, finish, accessories and shipping method. Common protection includes partitions, molded trays, inner bags or wraps, cartons, corner protection, pallet wrapping and extra separation for decorated surfaces.
Heavy, shaped or protruding products need different protection from simple round containers. Final packing should be approved with the actual product and component set rather than copied from another model.
