Start with roller material: Select stainless-steel, glass or another approved roller based on formula and feel. Also confirm opening / roll-on fit: Confirm roller housing diameter and bottle opening. Final dimensions, components and packing should be approved against the selected Bright Glassware model or sample before mass production.
Customize glass color, frosting/coating, printing or labels, roller ball/housing, cap finish, custom molds and private-label cartons. The roller insert and cap must be approved with the exact bottle opening.
Small bottles can use molded trays or fine cell dividers. Keep roller housings and caps in labeled matched lots; decorated glass should be sleeved. For preassembled sets, verify caps remain closed during vibration and transport.
