Start with light protection: Choose green, amber or clear glass based on product sensitivity and retail positioning. Also confirm ropp / pourer neck: Confirm neck and pourer/cap compatibility. Final dimensions, components and packing should be approved against the selected Bright Glassware model or sample before mass production.

Use full-height dividers for tall bottles, top/bottom pads and carton counts appropriate to height/weight. Pack ROPP caps and pourers separately in clean matched cartons so inserts are not deformed.
