Wholesale Overview
Storage jars should be designed around access, lid function, shelf footprint and filled weight. Wide-mouth geometry, gasket compression, clip/screw fit and reusable handling often matter more than nominal volume alone, especially across pantry and multi-size canister sets. Typical buyers include Pantry / food-storage brands, Home & kitchen retailers, Hospitality / foodservice suppliers. For planning, From 3,000 pcs per SKU / size for current standard existing-mold storage-jar programs. Typically 10–15 working days for standard existing-mold samples. OEM & Customization
Customization can combine ribbed / faceted glass, color coating, logo printing / labels and embossing with matched bamboo / wood lids, clip-top systems and project-specific secondary packaging. Existing molds are preferred when speed and cost efficiency matter; custom mold development is suitable when the brand requires a proprietary shape or structure. Approve the actual decorated and assembled sample because glass/ceramic/metal surface, component fit and retail packaging can change the final result.
Packaging & Export
Packing for glass storage & jars is planned from the real product shape, weight, decoration and accessory set. Use jar grids or full-height cells that prevent body and rim contact, especially on large or faceted jars. Keep bamboo, wood, glass, clip-top hardware and gaskets clean, dry and protected from deformation. For branded programs, retail boxes or inserts should be sized from the approved assembled product. Master-carton quantity and pallet pattern should be confirmed against…

FAQ
Quick answers to the questions that most often affect product selection, sampling and quotation.
Start with opening & access: Choose a mouth width that suits filling, scoops, hand access or cleaning. Also confirm opening diameter: Match the opening to filling, dispensing and cleaning requirements. Final dimensions, components and packing should be approved against the selected Bright Glassware model or sample before mass production.
Options include clear or colored glass, ribbed/faceted surfaces, embossing or printed branding, bamboo/wood/metal/glass lids, silicone gaskets, clip-top hardware, custom molds and retail boxes. Airtight claims should be based on the approved lid/gasket/jar combination rather than the jar alone.
Wide jars use larger corrugated cells and lower carton counts as size and weight increase. Lids and gaskets should be protected from deformation; bamboo/wood lids may need dry polybagging. Clip-top hardware should not press against adjacent glass. Use strong export cartons and stable pallet layers.
