Order & Packing
Typical export pack: 72 jars/carton with wide-mouth jars separated by corrugated grids; jar/lid counts are lot-matched. Individual glass pieces are separated with corrugated cells or molded trays to prevent glass-to-glass contact. Twist-off lids are packed in dry, labeled inner cartons or bags to protect liners and lacquer; lids can be assembled only after seal-fit approval. For sea freight, cartons are palletized with corner boards and stretch film; shipping marks and lid/carton lot codes can be customized. Final carton quantity may be adjusted after the approved Bright Glassware factory model, decoration and accessory set are locked.
