Order & Packing
Typical export pack: 6 bottles/carton; premium/heavy-base bottles use reinforced partitions and base pads. Top/bottom pads and reinforced partitions are used to control movement of the heavier glass body. Corks / bar-top closures are packed separately in clean sealed bags or inner cartons; premium caps are protected from abrasion and matched to the bottle lot. Cartons are palletized with corner boards, stretch film and top restraint; keep pallet layers low enough to control compression on heavy bottles. Final carton quantity may be adjusted after the approved Bright Glassware factory model, decoration and accessory set are locked.
