Order & Packing
Typical export pack: 72 bottles/carton; compact dropper/pump bottles are placed upright in cell partitions. Top/bottom pads and reinforced partitions are used to control movement of the heavier glass body. Droppers are packed in separate partitioned inner cartons so bulbs and pipettes stay straight; bottle/dropper quantities are matched by carton. Cartons are palletized with corner boards, stretch film and top restraint; keep pallet layers low enough to control compression on heavy bottles. Final carton quantity may be adjusted after the approved Bright Glassware factory model, decoration and accessory set are locked.
