Project Overview
Project Background & Requirements
Internal verification note: This case draft is based on Bright Glassware’s documented diffuser-bottle range and standard project workflow. Before publication, match it to an actual internal order and confirm the bottle models, capacities, finish, closure, reeds, packaging, quantity and shipment outcome.
Customer Requirement
A home-fragrance collection may use several bottle sizes or shapes while keeping one brand language. The practical challenge is coordinating glass color, finish, cap, plug, reed length, logo and box presentation without creating avoidable component-fit or packing problems.
Project Priorities
- Select bottle models and nominal capacities from the existing diffuser range
- Confirm the actual fill line, opening and closure dimensions
- Review spray color, frosting, hot stamping or other decoration with the intended fragrance oil
- Match caps, plugs and reeds to the exact bottle opening and bottle height
- Develop retail boxes and inserts around the complete assembled set
Testing and Approval
The assembled sample should be checked with the customer’s intended fragrance formula. Review leakage risk, coating contact, cap retention, reed fit, carton protection and the visual consistency of the complete collection before mass production.
Our Solution
How Bright Glassware Approached the Project
The recommended route treats each diffuser package as a complete system rather than sourcing the bottle, cap, reeds and box independently.
- Confirm bottle shape, capacity and neck opening first
- Match the cap, plug and reeds using physical components
- Approve the selected decoration on the actual bottle
- Test the assembled package with the intended fragrance oil
- Finalize the box insert and export packing after component approval

Outcome & Delivery
Draft status: keep this case unpublished until an internal order confirms the actual models, approved sample, quantities and delivery result.
- The bottle, cap, plug, reeds and box are documented as one coordinated set
- Compatibility and leakage checks are included in the sample-approval stage
- The collection can use several models while retaining one visual direction
- No unsupported quantity, country or customer feedback is published
