Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about glass packaging customization, sampling, production, quality control, packaging and ordering with Bright Glassware.

Do all decoration options have the same MOQ?

No. MOQ depends on the base vessel, process, color, artwork, accessories, and packaging. Stock products with simple decoration are normally more flexible than new molds or specialized finishes.

Can jars, lids, labels, and boxes be supplied together?

Yes. The project can be planned as a complete packaging set, which helps simplify sourcing and compatibility checks.

Can different jar sizes use the same brand design?

Yes. A coordinated collection can use the same color system, logo style, lid material, and box design across several capacities, subject to the printable area and component availability of each model.

What packaging options are available for wax melts?

Bright Glassware can coordinate wax-melt packaging through containers, tins, lids, printed labels, gift boxes, window boxes, inserts, and custom outer packaging. The current website shows candle packaging, boxes, and gift-set development as part of a one-stop service, although it does not publish one standard wax-melt pack for every brand. Select the format according to melt size, fragrance protection, display method, consumer opening, shipping temperature, labeling space, and retail channel. Samples should be packed with the actual wax melts to check fit and presentation.

What closures are suitable for essential oil bottles?

Essential-oil bottles may use droppers, roller balls, or screw caps depending on the formula, dose, and consumer use. Bright Glassware’s perfume and essential-oil packaging pages support customized capacities, colors, logos, and components, but the current site does not declare one closure suitable for every oil. Review the bottle neck, gasket and applicator materials, leakage, evaporation, light-protection needs, and the customer’s filling line. Test the final component set with the actual oil before confirming mass production.

How is borosilicate glass different from standard container glass?

Bright Glassware highlights high-borosilicate candle jars for heat resistance, thermal-shock performance, and lightweight double-wall designs. Standard container glass is used across many conventional candle, perfume, and diffuser products and offers different weight, thickness, shaping, and cost characteristics. The two materials should not be treated as interchangeable only because both are glass. Select according to the design, manufacturing method, finish, filling use, and required testing. The exact material and performance claim should be confirmed for the chosen model rather than assumed from appearance.

Why can ceramic candle jars show small differences in glaze or color?

Fired ceramic surfaces can show small differences in shade, gloss, texture, speckling, or edge coverage because the body, glaze application, kiln position, and firing conditions interact. Bright Glassware offers ceramic candle jars and custom color work, but the current website does not publish one numerical glaze tolerance. A project should use approved samples to define the acceptable appearance and identify which defects are not allowed. For repeat orders, keep the color reference, finish description, and inspection lighting consistent.

What is the difference between ceramic and porcelain candle jars?

Bright Glassware’s public customization pages refer broadly to ceramic packaging and do not publish a separate material specification that defines every ceramic versus porcelain jar. In a sourcing project, the important points are the body composition, firing method, wall thickness, glaze, weight, water absorption, surface finish, lid fit, and intended candle use. Do not rely on the marketing name alone. Ask for the product specification and a physical sample, then complete filling and burn testing with the actual production-style vessel.

Can bottle caps, pumps, collars, and lids be color-matched?

Bright Glassware can coordinate custom colors across bottles, pumps, collars, caps, lids, and boxes, but different materials and processes do not always produce an identical visual result. A sprayed glass bottle, electroplated metal collar, molded plastic cap, wooden lid, and printed box reflect light differently. Use one approved color direction and review the full assembled sample under the intended lighting. The current site offers custom color and component coordination but does not publish one cross-material color tolerance.

Can I buy lids, caps, pumps, stoppers, or reeds separately?

Separate sourcing of lids, caps, pumps, stoppers, reeds, or boxes can be discussed. Bright Glassware’s customization catalogue includes individual metal and wooden lids, perfume-related components, diffuser sticks, and packaging boxes as well as complete sets. The key issue is compatibility: provide the container sample or drawing, required quantity, color, finish, and assembly details. Accessory-only orders may have their own MOQ and packing requirement, and the company should confirm fit before the buyer relies on the part for an existing container.

How is the correct dip-tube length selected for a perfume pump?

The dip tube should be selected after the pump is assembled on the actual perfume bottle. It needs to reach near the base without being forced against the glass or bending in a way that interrupts spraying. Bottle internal height, base shape, shoulder, pump housing, gasket, and assembly method all affect the cut length. Bright Glassware’s website offers coordinated perfume components but does not publish a universal dip-tube formula. The final length should be approved on a functioning sample filled with the intended product.

What should I know about wood, bamboo, cork, resin, and metal lids?

Bright Glassware’s published range includes wooden, bamboo, metal, and decorative lid options, and the user’s current product range also includes resin and zinc-alloy styles. Material changes the appearance, weight, surface finishing, logo method, and inner fitting structure. Cork may be used as a natural stopper or combined element, while wood and bamboo often use an insert or sealing ring. Select by the exact jar opening and intended use, then approve the assembled sample for fit, odor, finish, opening force, box clearance, and export packing.
