Red / Burgundy Perfume Bottles

Red and burgundy perfume bottles create a strong fragrance presentation ranging from bright ruby tones to deeper wine and oxblood shades. The perceived color can shift with glass thickness, surface finish and the liquid inside, so use an approved physical sample as the reference for production. Compare coating consistency, transparency, decoration contrast and how the pump, collar and cap coordinate with the bottle. For branded collections, also confirm the chosen red tone with cartons and labels to avoid mismatched color systems. Sample approval should cover both appearance and surface durability before bulk production.

Can you match a Pantone color on glass bottles and candle jars?

Custom color is part of Bright Glassware’s published service, including spray painting, electroplating, frosting, and coordinated component finishes. A Pantone number can be used as a starting reference, but it should not be treated as the only approval standard because the result changes with glass color, transparency, coating thickness, gloss level, and lighting. The practical method is to provide the reference, make a physical sample, and approve that sample before production. The current website does not publish one fixed color-tolerance value for every material.

How durable are perfume bottle coatings, printing, and electroplating?

Bright Glassware offers spraying, frosting, electroplating, screen printing, hot stamping, engraving, labeling, and related effects on fragrance packaging. The current site does not publish a single chemical- or abrasion-resistance result for all processes. Durability depends on the glass preparation, coating system, artwork, curing, contact with alcohol or oil, handling, and packing. Approve decorated samples and test the actual fragrance, wiping method, scratch exposure, cap contact, and box inserts before releasing the design for mass production.

Can I customize an existing bottle without opening a new mold?

Yes. An existing Bright Glassware bottle or jar can often be made brand-specific without changing the glass mold. Published options include custom colors, frosting, electroplating, screen printing, decals, hot stamping, engraving, labels, wooden or metal lids, perfume components, and custom boxes. This route is usually simpler than developing a new shape because the basic dimensions are already established. A new mold is only considered when the capacity, outline, opening, base, wall structure, or another structural feature must change.

Can the bottle, pump, collar, and cap be supplied as a complete perfume packaging set?

Yes. Bright Glassware’s one-stop packaging approach can combine the glass bottle with the pump, collar, cap, decoration, and box. This reduces the risk of separately purchased components looking correct but failing to assemble properly. To quote a complete set, specify the bottle model and capacity, neck type, desired spray pump, cap material and finish, logo method, and retail packaging. A fully assembled approval sample is recommended before the components are ordered in bulk.
