Essential oil droppers and pipettes combine a bottle closure, bulb or actuator, gasket and glass pipette to control dispensing. Match the closure to the exact bottle neck and choose pipette length around the internal bottle height so the tube reaches the product without bottoming out excessively.Test all liquid-contact materials with the actual essential oil, serum or cosmetic formula. Approve dispensing, bulb recovery, gasket condition, closure retention and leakage on filled production-style samples before bulk production.

Share your bottle or jar model, opening, neck finish and functional requirements. We can shortlist compatible lids, pumps, caps, plugs or accessories.
Screw-style or model-specific closures matched to the neck of the selected essential-oil bottle.
Dispensing bulb or actuator selected for user feel and compatibility with the intended formula.
Pipette diameter and length matched to the bottle depth and target dispensing behavior.
Confirm bottle neck, thread or closure specification, gasket seating and pipette clearance on the exact production bottle.
Test pipette reach, liquid uptake, drop dispensing, bulb recovery, closure fit, formula compatibility and leakage.

These answers cover the questions most likely to affect product selection, sampling and quotation for this collection.
Still have a question? Ask our team →Closure choice depends on how the product should be dispensed. Common options include droppers and pipettes, reducer inserts, roller-ball systems and screw caps.
Select the closure around the bottle neck, formula viscosity, target dosage and consumer use. Confirm the complete bottle-and-closure assembly for fit, sealing and dispensing before production.
Formula compatibility can be evaluated, but it must be confirmed with the actual product and all liquid-contact materials. Glass may be only one part of the system; pumps, gaskets, bulbs, reducers, rollers, plugs, liners, coatings and adhesives can also interact with the formula. Provide the intended formulation and selected components so an appropriate test plan can be agreed. Final approval should be based on representative filled samples under the required storage and use conditions.
Provide the exact container model whenever possible. If a model is not available, measure the finished opening or neck and include the dimensions that control component fit: outside and inside diameter, thread or crimp specification, rim or lid-seat geometry, relevant heights and any insertion depth.
For pumps, also provide the neck finish and required dip-tube length. For lids and stoppers, a technical drawing or physical sample is strongly preferred because nominal diameter alone does not describe threads, tapers, gaskets, inserts or fit tolerances.
Separate accessory orders may be possible, but compatibility must be confirmed before production. Provide the Bright Glassware model number or the exact bottle or jar opening/neck dimensions, required material and finish, quantity and, when possible, a drawing or physical sample.
Do not assume an accessory will fit only because the nominal diameter looks similar. Opening geometry, thread or insertion details, tolerances and component construction should be checked on representative samples.
