Product Shape

Faceted Perfume Bottles

Faceted perfume bottles use multiple flat planes and controlled edge transitions to create light reflection and a jewel-like fragrance presentation. Unlike one specific diamond or hexagon shape, this group can include many facet patterns, so buyers should compare the dominant viewing face, facet depth and overall bottle proportions.Decoration should stay within controlled planes unless the artwork is designed to cross edges. Approve the assembled bottle for base stability, pump/cap orientation, optical consistency and edge protection before bulk production.

Decision Points

Design & Usability

01

Shape Characteristics

Multiple flat planes and repeated edge transitions create a light-catching body without requiring one fixed geometric outline.

02

Label & Branding Area

Select one or more controlled facets for print, labels or decals and avoid uncontrolled artwork transitions across sharp facet breaks.

03

Stability & Packing

Maintain sufficient flat base contact and protect exposed facet edges in retail/export inserts, especially on heavy glass designs.

Specification Checklist

Production & Fit

01

Opening & Closure

Align the neck, pump and cap with the primary presentation facet or axis to keep the finished bottle visually organized.

02

Production Considerations

Facet depth, mold polish, glass distribution and edge consistency strongly influence the final optical effect.

03

Custom Mold Guidance

Define facet pattern, viewing axis, edge radius, base flat and neck orientation in 3D before tooling.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about this shape

These answers cover the questions most likely to affect product selection, sampling and quotation for this collection.

Still have a question? Ask our team
How do you match a spray pump and cap to a perfume bottle?

Start with the bottle’s exact neck finish, then match the pump, gasket, collar, cap inner structure and dip tube as one assembly. Nominal appearance or neck diameter alone does not confirm compatibility.

Approve the filled assembly for crimp or thread fit, priming, spray output, leakage, cap retention and dip-tube reach before mass production.

Can the bottle, pump, collar, and cap be supplied as a complete perfume packaging set?

Yes. Bright Glassware can coordinate the glass bottle with the pump, collar, cap, decoration and retail box as one packaging project.

Provide the bottle model and capacity, neck specification, pump requirement, cap material or finish, decoration method and packaging requirements. Approve a complete assembled sample before the components are ordered in bulk.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Existing product samples are useful for checking size, weight, appearance and basic fit. Decorated or component-matched samples are more appropriate when color, logo, coating, lids, applicators or retail packaging are important to the decision.

Sample availability, charges, decoration cost and courier freight depend on the project. Use the approved sample or specification as the reference before bulk production begins.

How are glass bottles and jars packed for international shipping?

Export packing is selected according to product shape, weight, finish, accessories and shipping method. Common protection includes partitions, molded trays, inner bags or wraps, cartons, corner protection, pallet wrapping and extra separation for decorated surfaces.

Heavy, shaped or protruding products need different protection from simple round containers. Final packing should be approved with the actual product and component set rather than copied from another model.
