Closures & Accessories

Candle Tins with Lids

Candle tins with lids combine lightweight metal candle containers with matched closures for travel candles, gifts and private-label programs. Compare tin diameter, internal depth, usable wax fill, rim construction and lid style on the actual container rather than selecting the lid separately.Slip, screw, hinged, window or other model-specific lids can behave differently after filling and normal handling. Approve the tin, lid, coating or print and finished candle together, then confirm dent protection and carton packing before bulk production.

Decision Points

Component Options

01

Slip / Press Lids

Simple removable lid formats matched to the rim and body dimensions of the selected tin.

02

Screw / Threaded Lids

Threaded closure formats where supported by the selected candle-tin construction.

03

Hinged / Window / Decorative Lids

Model-specific lid structures used for gifting, display or differentiated candle packaging.

Buyer Notes

What else should be checked?

Fit & Sealing

Confirm tin outer diameter, rim profile, lid internal dimensions and any thread or hinge structure on the actual body-and-lid set.

Validation & Packing

Check lid fit, repeated opening, retention, deformation, coating appearance and the finished candle after the intended filling and handling process.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about this closure or accessory

These answers cover the questions most likely to affect product selection, sampling and quotation for this collection.

What lid and decoration options are available for candle tins?

Candle tins may use slip lids, screw lids, hinged lids, window lids or other model-specific closures. The correct option depends on the tin construction, intended candle format, required opening feel and retail presentation.

Decoration can include colored or printed surfaces, labels, screen printing, embossing and coordinated outer packaging where suitable. Approve the body and lid together, then check finish consistency, wax-filling conditions, wick layout and packing before bulk production.

What measurements are needed to match a cap, lid, pump, or stopper?

Provide the exact container model whenever possible. If a model is not available, measure the finished opening or neck and include the dimensions that control component fit: outside and inside diameter, thread or crimp specification, rim or lid-seat geometry, relevant heights and any insertion depth.

For pumps, also provide the neck finish and required dip-tube length. For lids and stoppers, a technical drawing or physical sample is strongly preferred because nominal diameter alone does not describe threads, tapers, gaskets, inserts or fit tolerances.

Can I buy lids, caps, pumps, stoppers, or reeds separately?

Separate accessory orders may be possible, but compatibility must be confirmed before production. Provide the Bright Glassware model number or the exact bottle or jar opening/neck dimensions, required material and finish, quantity and, when possible, a drawing or physical sample.

Do not assume an accessory will fit only because the nominal diameter looks similar. Opening geometry, thread or insertion details, tolerances and component construction should be checked on representative samples.

Can bottle caps, pumps, collars, and lids be color-matched?

In many projects, component colors and finishes can be coordinated with the bottle or jar design. The available route depends on the component material and may involve painted, plated, anodized, printed, molded-color or natural-material finishes.

Approve physical color and finish samples under consistent lighting. Metallic and natural materials can appear different from a Pantone chip or screen rendering, so the assembled bottle, jar or closure set should be the final visual reference.
