Product Shape

Diamond Perfume Bottles

Diamond perfume bottles use faceted or jewel-inspired geometry to create a crisp, light-catching fragrance presentation. Facet count, edge transitions and the chosen main viewing face determine how the bottle reflects light and how much usable branding area remains.Approve the filled bottle for base contact, pump/cap alignment and edge protection. Print or label artwork should stay within a controlled facet, while custom tooling should define facet sharpness and practical radii before mold release.

Decision Points

Design & Usability

01

Shape Characteristics

Faceted bodies rely on clean planes and controlled edge transitions to create the diamond or jewel-like effect.

02

Label & Branding Area

Use one main facet for print or labels and avoid artwork that crosses strong facet breaks.

03

Stability & Packing

Retain enough flat base contact to keep the filled bottle stable despite the faceted body and protect exposed edges in fitted packaging.

Specification Checklist

Production & Fit

01

Opening & Closure

Align the pump and cap with the main presentation facet and confirm the assembled bottle remains visually centered.

02

Production Considerations

Facet sharpness, mold polish and glass distribution determine how crisp and consistent the final geometry appears.

03

Custom Mold Guidance

Specify facet count, key viewing face, base flat, edge radii and neck alignment before tooling.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about this shape

These answers cover the questions most likely to affect product selection, sampling and quotation for this collection.

Still have a question? Ask our team
How do you match a spray pump and cap to a perfume bottle?

Start with the bottle’s exact neck finish, then match the pump, gasket, collar, cap inner structure and dip tube as one assembly. Nominal appearance or neck diameter alone does not confirm compatibility.

Approve the filled assembly for crimp or thread fit, priming, spray output, leakage, cap retention and dip-tube reach before mass production.

Can the bottle, pump, collar, and cap be supplied as a complete perfume packaging set?

Yes. Bright Glassware can coordinate the glass bottle with the pump, collar, cap, decoration and retail box as one packaging project.

Provide the bottle model and capacity, neck specification, pump requirement, cap material or finish, decoration method and packaging requirements. Approve a complete assembled sample before the components are ordered in bulk.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Existing product samples are useful for checking size, weight, appearance and basic fit. Decorated or component-matched samples are more appropriate when color, logo, coating, lids, applicators or retail packaging are important to the decision.

Sample availability, charges, decoration cost and courier freight depend on the project. Use the approved sample or specification as the reference before bulk production begins.

How are glass bottles and jars packed for international shipping?

Export packing is selected according to product shape, weight, finish, accessories and shipping method. Common protection includes partitions, molded trays, inner bags or wraps, cartons, corner protection, pallet wrapping and extra separation for decorated surfaces.

Heavy, shaped or protruding products need different protection from simple round containers. Final packing should be approved with the actual product and component set rather than copied from another model.
