What should be checked when developing a refillable perfume bottle?
A refillable perfume product must be treated as a complete dispensing system. Check how the bottle opens, how the refill is transferred, whether the pump or valve is designed for repeated use, how the cap locks, and whether the assembly remains leak-resistant after several cycles. Bright Glassware offers customized fragrance packaging, but the current public site does not publish one standard refillable-perfume mechanism. Provide the intended refill method and formula so that an existing compatible solution or a custom development route can be evaluated and sampled.
How do I choose between 5ml, 10ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, and larger perfume bottles?
Choose capacity according to the role of the SKU, not only the bottle’s visual size. Small formats can support sampling, discovery sets, perfume oil, travel, or gifts; 30 ml and 50 ml are common core retail positions; 100 ml and larger sizes provide more fill and decoration area. Bright Glassware’s current perfume pages show 30 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 200 ml, and customized options, while the planned range also includes mini and travel products. Review the bottle dimensions, pump, cap height, box, and target price together.
Can the bottle, pump, collar, and cap be supplied as a complete perfume packaging set?
Yes. Bright Glassware’s one-stop packaging approach can combine the glass bottle with the pump, collar, cap, decoration, and box. This reduces the risk of separately purchased components looking correct but failing to assemble properly. To quote a complete set, specify the bottle model and capacity, neck type, desired spray pump, cap material and finish, logo method, and retail packaging. A fully assembled approval sample is recommended before the components are ordered in bulk.
How do you match a spray pump and cap to a perfume bottle?
Matching starts with the bottle’s exact neck finish and opening, then the pump type, dosage, gasket, collar, cap inner structure, and dip tube are reviewed as one assembly. Bright Glassware presents perfume bottles together with pumps, caps, and custom finishes, which supports a complete-set approach rather than buying components by appearance alone. The assembled sample should be checked for crimp or thread fit, spray function, leakage, cap retention, tube reach, and compatibility with the customer’s fragrance before mass production.
What is the difference between a crimp-neck and a screw-neck perfume bottle?
A crimp-neck perfume bottle uses a pump that is mechanically crimped onto the neck, normally with a collar covering the assembly. A screw-neck bottle uses threaded components that can be assembled and, depending on the design, removed more easily. Bright Glassware’s current fragrance content refers to compatible crimp pumps, spray atomizers, and other fitments, but the website does not publish one neck standard for every bottle. Select the neck system together with the filling method, pump, collar, cap, leakage testing, and desired refill behaviour.
What lid and decoration options are available for candle tins?
Candle tins can be developed with the tin body, matching lid, printed or labeled branding, color finish, and outer packaging treated as one set. Bright Glassware’s website shows custom logo processes, metal lid options, gift packaging, and candle-related one-stop service. The exact lid style and decoration available depend on the chosen tin model and quantity, so confirm the diameter, opening method, print area, inside finish, assembled height, and carton packing before production. A physical sample should also be used for the buyer’s filling and burn tests.
How should candle containers be prepared before wax filling?
The current Bright Glassware site does not publish a formal wax-filling procedure. Before filling, the candle maker should inspect the received containers, keep them dry and free of loose dust, confirm the correct model and lid, and separate any pieces with visible damage. Avoid introducing an unapproved cleaning chemical or heating method that could affect a coating, decal, glaze, or adhesive. The filling temperature, preheating decision, wick placement, curing, and burn-test protocol should be set by the candle manufacturer for the actual vessel and formula.
What is the difference between glass, ceramic, and metal candle containers?
Bright Glassware’s current range includes glass, high-borosilicate glass, ceramic or concrete options, and metal candle packaging. Glass provides visibility and a wide choice of decoration; ceramic creates an opaque, tactile vessel; metal is lightweight and suited to compact or travel formats. These are design and sourcing differences, not automatic safety approvals. Each material still needs compatible wax, wick testing, component matching, packing review, and confirmation of the finish used on the actual production item.
Which finishes are suitable for candle jars?
Bright Glassware publishes spray color, electroplating, frosting, silk-screen printing, decals, hot stamping, engraving, and related decoration options for candle vessels. Selection should consider the base material, handling, label position, packing contact, and the visual effect when the candle is lit. The website does not publish one durability value that applies to every coating. Approve a representative decorated sample and test adhesion, scratching, cleaning, packing rub, and finished-candle use before confirming a large production run.
How do you confirm that a lid fits a candle jar?
Bright Glassware offers wooden, bamboo, metal, resin, and decorative lid options across its product and customization materials. A reliable match requires the jar opening or outside diameter, lid inner structure, sealing ring or insert, intended looseness, and the approved finish. Do not select only by a rounded diameter name. The safest process is to match the lid to the exact jar batch or approved sample, test opening and closing, and then check how the assembled set fits the box and export packing.
Why is the wax fill weight different from the jar’s stated capacity?
Bright Glassware product pages may describe a container in millilitres or ounces, but that figure does not automatically equal the finished candle’s wax weight. Liquid volume, wax density, headspace, wick base, shoulder shape, and the chosen fill line all affect the result. Use the published capacity as a model-comparison reference, then weigh the actual formula in a physical sample. Product labels and costing should be based on the validated net fill of the finished candle, not only on the container name.
What should I check when selecting a 3-wick candle jar?
For a three-wick design, review the usable internal diameter, wick spacing, wax depth, base shape, and the effect of the lid or decoration. Bright Glassware offers large and customized candle vessels, but its public site does not publish one technical specification that automatically qualifies a jar for three wicks. The selected jar must be tested with the actual wax and fragrance so that the melt pool, flame behaviour, heat distribution, soot, and remaining wax can be evaluated before sale.
