Can the same package be reordered later?
Yes, provided the model, components, artwork, color standard, and packing specifications are recorded and remain available.
Should every color be a separate product?
Not necessarily. One product model can carry several controlled colors or finishes, reducing duplicate product management.
How are custom designs and mold ownership handled?
Bright Glassware’s public website does not currently publish a standard NDA, exclusivity, or mold-ownership policy. These points should therefore be agreed before design files or tooling payments are released. The written agreement should identify who owns the drawings and mold, whether the design is exclusive, how long tooling is stored, who pays for repair or replacement, and whether samples may be displayed. Treat these terms as part of the commercial contract rather than assuming that every custom project follows the same rule.
