Confirm the assembled product dimensions, filled weight where applicable, insert design and outer protection before launch. For decorated products, also check scuffing and contact points. A parcel-delivery pack should be tested separately from the master cartons used for normal wholesale transport.

Yes. Shipping can be coordinated by sea, air, rail or express depending on destination, order volume, urgency and product type. Samples are commonly sent by express or air, while larger bulk orders are usually planned around sea or consolidated freight. Because glass packaging is heavy and fragile, choose the route together with carton dimensions, gross weight and pallet or container planning. You can also use your own freight forwarder.

Export packing is selected according to product shape, weight, finish, accessories and shipping method. Common protection includes partitions, molded trays, inner bags or wraps, cartons, corner protection, pallet wrapping and extra separation for decorated surfaces.

Heavy, shaped or protruding products need different protection from simple round containers. Final packing should be approved with the actual product and component set rather than copied from another model.

Include the requirement at quotation stage so the inspection agency, sampling plan, acceptance criteria, booking responsibility, cost and release point can be agreed before production is completed.
