Start with the planned wax fill, burn format, label area, lid, box, and desired shelf presence. Bright Glassware’s candle listings show multiple ounce and millilitre options and also offer customized sizes, so the outside dimensions should be reviewed together with usable internal volume. A wider jar may support a different wick arrangement from a tall narrow jar, while a heavy or unusually shaped vessel may change packing cost. Request the drawing and sample, then confirm the actual wax fill and burn test rather than choosing only by the advertised capacity name.

Bright Glassware supplies the container and can provide its dimensions, but the current website does not publish a wick chart or guarantee one wick size for each jar. Wick choice depends on the internal diameter, wax type, fragrance load, dye, wick material, and desired burn time. Use the jar drawing to select starting candidates, then perform repeated burn tests with the actual formula. Any wick recommendation should be treated as a test starting point, not as final approval for a finished candle.

The current Bright Glassware site does not publish a formal wax-filling procedure. Before filling, the candle maker should inspect the received containers, keep them dry and free of loose dust, confirm the correct model and lid, and separate any pieces with visible damage. Avoid introducing an unapproved cleaning chemical or heating method that could affect a coating, decal, glaze, or adhesive. The filling temperature, preheating decision, wick placement, curing, and burn-test protocol should be set by the candle manufacturer for the actual vessel and formula.

A reliable match requires the jar opening or outside diameter, lid inner structure, sealing ring or insert, intended looseness, and the approved finish. Do not select only by a rounded diameter name. The safest process is to match the lid to the exact jar batch or approved sample, test opening and closing, and then check how the assembled set fits the box and export packing.
