Wholesale Glass Perfume Bottles For Commercial Buyers & Brand Programs
Compare the complete supply scope: selected format, intended use, components, decoration and final packing. The following points help build a practical purchasing brief.

Standard Shapes, Distinctive Branding
Round and square bodies offer useful decoration areas and straightforward collection building. Compare body proportions with your logo and shelf position before investing in an exclusive shape.

Faceted and Sculptural Glass
Facets, patterned bodies and novelty shapes create a stronger visual identity but can restrict print areas and require more specific inserts. Plan the artwork and protection together.
Review Specifications →
Spray System and Neck Choice
Screw and crimp arrangements require different assembly decisions. Select a compatible pump, collar and gasket around the exact bottle neck and your filling process.
Discuss Your Requirements →
Capacity Families
Related bottles can support a tiered collection. Recheck dip-tube length, cap proportions and box dimensions at each capacity instead of transferring one approval to every size.
Review Selection Notes →
Color and Logo Development
Our own spray-color and logo facilities support branded presentations on suitable models. Review coating tone, coverage, print placement and handling marks on the physical decorated sample.
Review Packing Options →
Complete Retail Presentation
A premium bottle needs suitable clearance around its closure and decorated faces. Approve the finished bottle in its insert rather than designing the box from glass dimensions alone.
Discuss Your Requirements →Ready to Shortlist Your Options?
Tell us your preferred size, finish and quantity. We can help compare suitable options.
Get a Wholesale Quote →Coordinate the Bottle, Components and Presentation
A cap that looks right is not necessarily a matched closure. Review the bottle neck, pump attachment, collar height, gasket and dip tube together, including the finished height with the overcap in place.
Send your filling method and desired user experience with the selected bottle. We can coordinate compatible component options for sampling and help resolve proportion or assembly issues before the purchase specification is finalized.

Custom Color, Logo and Presentation Development
Our own spray-color and logo facilities help turn a suitable existing packaging model into a branded presentation. Share editable artwork, a color reference and the intended print position so the proposal follows the real surface and component arrangement.
For suitable existing models, available components and confirmed artwork, selected spray-color or logo samples may be ready in about 3–5 days. General sample development is around 7 days; new molds, special processes and additional components need a separate confirmed schedule.
Sample Review & Production Planning
We turn the selected design into an agreed product and packing specification. Review the points below on a representative sample before confirming the order.
- Product and intended use: Record the exact selected model and intended application.
- Assembly and components: Approve the complete configuration rather than individual photographs.
- Appearance and information: Keep a physical decorated reference and confirmed artwork.
- Functional sample: Evaluate the intended formula with the complete bottle and applicator.

Review protection on the complete approved pack. Mass production is generally within 30 days after specifications and sample approval, subject to order confirmation; freight transit is additional.
Individual Surface Protection
Choose appropriate dividers, sleeves or inserts for the selected decorated glass. Check contact points so adjacent units and components do not rub against visible branding.

Complete Retail Pack
Approve clearance around the closure and applicator and confirm easy removal from the insert. Final retail-box dimensions should follow the complete assembled sample rather than bare glass.
Carton and Packing Review
Confirm item identification, quantities, inner protection and outer-carton arrangement. The documented inspection workflow includes checking the agreed packaging against the product and order requirements.
Coordinate the Shipping Route
Choose sea, air, express or your appointed forwarder for the quantity and destination. Confirm case dimensions and dispatch arrangements with the approved packaging.
Plan Your Packing & Delivery
Share your order quantity, destination and retail or export packing requirements.
Discuss Packing & Shipping →Approve the Fragrance and Spray Assembly Together
Evaluate priming, spray pattern, actuator feel, pickup and leakage using the intended fragrance and complete pack. A pump approved on another bottle or formula is a starting reference, not an automatic production approval.
Record the approved glass model, neck, pump, gasket, dip-tube length, cap and decoration standard. Inspection can then compare the assembled order with that reference, including visible defects, dimensions, logo placement and packaging condition.
Glass Perfume Bottles for Different Purchasing Programs
Match the application to your actual product and distribution plan, keeping each format’s component and packaging requirements clear.

Signature Fragrance Collections
Develop a recognizable bottle and cap combination with color and artwork adapted to individual fragrances.

Private-Label Perfume
Coordinate the bottle, spray components and packaging around the filler’s assembly process and the brand’s launch brief.

Gift and Discovery Extensions
Carry selected visual details into smaller companion formats while approving each size and insert independently.
MOQ, Samples & Production
Starting terms depend on the chosen model, decoration, components and packaging. Sample preparation and production estimates exclude transit and are confirmed for your order.

FAQ About Glass Perfume Bottles
Can one pump fit every perfume bottle in a collection?
No. Start with the exact neck and attachment method, then confirm the pump, collar, gasket and pickup tube for each capacity. Ask your filling partner to review a complete candidate assembly. If one size uses a different neck or the tube needs a different reach, record it as a separate configuration rather than transfer approval from another bottle in the family.
Should we choose an existing bottle or develop a mold?
Choose an existing bottle if its usable fill, neck, artwork area and complete cap silhouette meet the brief. Compare a plain sample with a decorated version before deciding. If a required shape or dimension still cannot be achieved, describe that specific gap for mold review. Agree the pump and closure direction before treating an exclusive glass shape as the final packaging solution.
Do you supply filled perfume?
This category concerns empty packaging and coordinated components. Share the fragrance and filling requirements for packaging review; formula filling and any additional service must be agreed separately.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders start from 1,000 pieces, subject to the model, quantity per version, decoration, components and packing. Complex custom projects may require a different minimum.
How long do samples take?
Existing sample preparation is generally about 3 days; development is around 7 days. Selected spray-color or logo sampling may take about 3–5 days on suitable existing models with available parts and approved artwork. Transit is additional.
What is the usual production lead time?
Mass production is generally within 30 days after specifications and sample approval, subject to order confirmation. Special development and freight transit are separate.
What should we send for a quotation?
Send the format or reference, intended use and formula type, fill, quantity by version, components, artwork, packing and destination. Include your target delivery date.
Still Have a Product Question?
Send your requirements or a reference so our team can review your project.
Ask Our Packaging Team →Start with a Purchase Brief, Not a Bottle Photograph
A useful brief identifies the intended fill, formula type, filling arrangement, target quantity and desired retail presentation. Add a reference image to explain the style, then compare actual bottle and component samples. This makes quotations easier to compare and reduces redesign after artwork has begun.
Ask the filling partner to review the shortlisted bottle and pump together before artwork is fixed. If their assembly equipment needs a different collar or neck arrangement, identify that change while alternatives are still easy to compare; a front-view bottle photograph will not reveal it.

Standard Glass Can Still Carry a Strong Identity
An existing shape can be differentiated through a considered cap, controlled spray color and well-positioned logo. Review those elements as one composition. A new mold becomes more relevant when a unique silhouette or dimensional requirement is central to the collection, rather than an automatic first step.
Shortlist a plain version and a decorated version of the same workable bottle. Compare how the cap, logo area and visible liquid contribute to the identity. If neither can achieve the required silhouette or artwork space, the mold discussion then has a specific design problem to solve.
Keep the Next Order in Mind
Record the approved coating reference, decoration position and component combination when the first order is agreed. A visual sample alone can leave ambiguity about the pump or carton. A documented configuration gives purchasing and inspection teams a clearer basis for repeat-order discussions.
For each size, keep the pump reference and tube configuration beside the glass reference, not just beside the collection name. When reordering, ask whether the supplied hardware is unchanged; a substitute that looks similar should be reviewed before it becomes part of the approved pack.
Use Evidence That Matches the Actual Pack
Request relevant inspection records or available project references for the selected configuration. A certificate for another material or component should not be presented as approval for the complete fragrance package. Decide which documents your importer and destination market require before finalizing the order.
Sort requested evidence by the decision it supports: glass appearance, pump operation, decorated-surface review or destination-market documentation. If a document identifies a different component or model, ask what applies to your selected assembly instead of accepting a broad description of the supplier’s range.
