Four large formats with different kinds of presence

A large candle jar can gain its size through height, width or both. This clear-glass series brings those choices together, from a 550ml tumbler to an 1882ml vessel, so a product-development team can compare the silhouette before settling the final candle and packaging brief.

Start with the space the product will occupy

• 550ml: A 100mm-high model with a 100mm top diameter and 94mm base.
• 770ml: The same 100mm top diameter with a much taller 146mm body and 93mm base.
• 897ml: A wider 120mm top with a 120mm height and 113mm base.
• 1882ml: The largest model in the group, measuring 150mm across the top and 150mm high.

The 550ml and 770ml models illustrate why capacity alone is an incomplete guide to presentation. Their top diameters match, but the height difference changes the artwork area, assembled pack and shelf appearance.

Treat the candle and transport pack as separate development tasks

Wider formats need a model-specific candle-development brief. Establish working fill, wick arrangement and the intended formula on the selected vessel; the photograph and listed capacity do not determine how many wicks the finished candle should use.

The glass weights also vary substantially, from 426g for the 550ml model to 1262g for the largest. Add the intended fill, closure and retail pack when planning the final packed weight, then review support and separation inside the export carton.

Send the preferred model, quantity and artwork with the packing concept when requesting a quotation. A clearly identified sample will keep a tall-format enquiry distinct from a wide-format enquiry even where both are described as large candles.
