Candle Packaging Wholesale
Candle packaging works best when the vessel, lid, decoration and box are developed together. Bright Glassware is a China-based B2B glass packaging manufacturer and one-stop supplier founded in 2005, supporting international candle brands and contract fillers.
Compare glass, ceramic, concrete and metal routes by the candle you intend to make and the presentation you intend to sell. We coordinate existing models, custom development, branding, components and packing as one purchasing project.
Candle Packaging Wholesale for Commercial Buyers
Use this collection to compare candle vessels and related packaging across materials. The current range includes glass jars, ceramic and concrete forms, tins and holders; distinguish direct-fill vessels from supports for a separate candle.

Wholesale Candle Packaging For Commercial Buyers & Brand Programs
Compare candle packaging as a complete configuration. Share the model, intended use, quantities by version, decoration, components, packing and destination for a focused sample and quotation review.
Glass for Visible Color and Form
Clear, colored, ribbed and selected double-wall glass create different visual directions. Compare usable inner geometry and decoration space instead of judging all glass vessels by the same outside capacity.
Explore Products →Ceramic for Texture and Sculpture
A ceramic route can bring glaze, matte finish or a sculptural shape to the collection. Approve fired dimensions, internal finish and protective packing with representative pieces rather than mold drawings alone.
Review Specifications →Concrete for a Mineral Identity
Concrete and cement-based vessels add substantial texture and weight. Confirm internal sealing, acceptable pores and color variation, and the actual candle-system evaluation required for direct wax filling.
Discuss Your Requirements →Tins for Compact Presentation
A metal tin can create a compact gift format. Check material, seams, internal finish and fitted lid, while retaining protection against dents and scratching during handling and shipment.
Review Selection Notes →Lids, Artwork and Retail Boxes
A coordinated package needs a defined lid, decoration and assembled height. Approve these before finalizing box inserts so design changes do not leave the vessel or accessories poorly supported.
Review Packing Options →Compare the Complete Packed Cost
Vessel price is only one part of the decision. Decoration, components, protective packing, carton weight and shipping method affect the commercial plan and should be quoted against one written configuration.
Discuss Your Requirements →Ready to Shortlist Your Options?
Tell us your preferred size, finish and quantity. We can help compare suitable options.
Get a Wholesale Quote →Coordinate Vessels, Lids & Branded Packaging
We coordinate suitable wood, bamboo, metal, glass and decorative lids where the chosen vessel supports them, alongside labels, logos, inserts and retail or gift boxes.
Keep the exact material and component specification visible throughout approval. Our own spray-color and logo facilities support customized glass projects, while coordinated sourcing connects ceramic, concrete and metal options with the chosen components and packing.
Discuss Custom Options →Coordinate the product specification, presentation and protective packing
Custom Color, Logo & Packaging Development
Start with a suitable existing candle packaging format, then review color, frosting, printing or other decoration. Our own color-spraying and logo facilities support suitable customized glass presentation.
Discuss a new mold when the shape needs to be distinctive. Approve the actual model, artwork, components and protective pack together before production.
Sample Review & Production Planning
We turn the selected design into an agreed product and packing specification. Review the points below on a representative sample before confirming the order.
- Vessel material and use: Approved sample and written specification.
- Usable fill and geometry: Approved sample and written specification.
- Lid and component set: Approved sample and written specification.
- Color and artwork: Approved sample and written specification.

Request a Project Quote →Protective Packing & Shipping for Candle Packaging
Plan protection from the actual item, finish, components and route. Approve the packed sample and carton details before shipment.
Individual Product Protection
Separate vessels according to material, shape and surface finish.
Surface & Component Protection
Protect wood, metal, glass and decorative lids from impact, scratching and moisture as applicable.
Retail or Gift-Pack Fit
Build the retail insert around the finished vessel, lid and any accessory.
Export Cartons & Shipment Planning
Compare carton weight, case count and pallet arrangement for each material route.
Plan Your Packing & Delivery
Share your order quantity, destination and retail or export packing requirements.
Discuss Packing & Shipping →Validate the Finished Candle System
Keep material-specific requirements separate. Nominal liquid capacity is not the finished wax weight, and each selected internal geometry needs its own wax, fragrance and wick evaluation.
A holder for a separate candle also needs defined fit, clearance and stability. Do not extend an approval for one vessel, material or candle arrangement to the entire packaging collection.
Candle Packaging for Different Purchasing Programs
Match function, configuration and presentation to the intended purchasing program.
New Candle Brand Launches
Start with suitable existing models, then coordinate branding and the complete retail pack. Prioritize a manageable range that can be sampled and approved clearly.
Established Multi-Scent Collections
Use a controlled visual family while identifying fill size, wick development and decoration by version. Repeat orders should refer to the approved assembly and artwork.
Candle Packaging Distribution
Compare material routes and clear component combinations for trade customers. Maintain separate specifications for direct-fill vessels, holders, lids and protective carton options.
MOQ, Samples & Production
Starting terms depend on the chosen model, decoration, components and packaging. Sample preparation and production estimates exclude transit and are confirmed for your order.
Sourcing & Specification Review for Candle Packaging
Bright Glassware combines glass packaging manufacture and one-stop sourcing from China, with a business founded in 2005. For candle packaging, the value is coordinating the approved product and package.

FAQ About Candle Packaging
Can you supply the vessel, lid and box together?
Yes. Coordinate the vessel, exact lid, decoration and box as one specification, with each component still identified separately. If a component changes, check its effect on assembled height and insert contact before release. Tell us whether your filler needs parts packed separately or together so the quoted configuration and delivery arrangement reflect the way the candle will be assembled.
Which vessel material is best for a candle range?
Compare the intended candle and commercial pack first. Glass can foreground color and transparency, ceramic a tactile or sculptural surface, concrete a mineral look, and metal a compact tin format. Those design routes have different internal-surface, weight and protection questions. Shortlist actual samples around your fixed priority, then evaluate the selected candle system for the chosen material.
Are all listed holders intended for poured wax?
No. A separate-candle holder and a direct-fill vessel are different uses. Define the intended arrangement and evaluate the selected product accordingly before a bulk order.
Do you make every material in your own factory?
We are a glass packaging manufacturer and one-stop supplier with our own color-spraying and logo facilities. We coordinate suitable ceramic, concrete and metal sourcing with the selected components and packing; the supply scope is confirmed for each project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders start from 1,000 pieces. The applicable minimum depends on the selected model, material, decoration, components and packing; special development or a split across versions may require a different confirmed quantity.
How long do samples take?
Existing samples can usually be prepared in about 3 days; regular sampling is about 7 days. Selected decoration on available existing models can be ready in around 3–5 days once artwork and components are confirmed. Timing is confirmed for the actual process; international transit is separate.
What should we plan for bulk production and shipping?
Bulk production is generally within 30 days after the specification and samples are approved, subject to the confirmed order and component readiness. Shipping time is additional. Share the destination and planned date so the production and transport arrangements can be reviewed separately.

Ask Our Packaging Team →Write the Packaging Brief Around the Finished Candle
A useful brief combines the intended candle, target fill, preferred material and presentation. Include the lid, artwork and retail format instead of requesting only an empty vessel. This lets the quotation distinguish existing-model choices from new development and keeps the pack practical for the candle your team will actually fill.
List the decisions that must stay consistent across the range and those that can differ by material. A shared color story may work across glass and ceramic while the lid, usable fill and protection remain specific to each selected vessel.

Choose Existing Models When They Fit the Brand
An existing shape can still look distinctive through controlled color, logo, lid and box decisions. Compare that route with a new mold only after defining the need for a proprietary structure. Different materials and decorative processes have different development inputs, so custom shape work needs its own confirmed schedule.
Separate a required shape feature from a desired brand impression. An existing jar with a different lid and controlled color may achieve the visual goal, whereas a proprietary opening or silhouette may justify development. Ask to compare those routes before deciding which work is essential.
Approve the Entire Assembly Before Production
A lid can change packed height, while glaze, coating or relief can change insert contact. Review the vessel, component set, decoration and box together, supported by written appearance and dimension references. Candle-system evaluation remains separate from these packaging production checks and should be completed for the intended material and recipe.
Use a simple approval list showing the vessel, interior or candle-use reference, lid, artwork and insert version. If one item changes, identify the affected downstream parts; a taller lid can require a new insert even when the candle vessel itself is unchanged.
Plan Production and Shipping as Separate Milestones
The production target concerns the approved packaging order, not arrival at the final warehouse. Confirm the selected versions, sample approval, component readiness and packed quantities before scheduling. We can coordinate sea, air, express or an appointed forwarder, with the route and transit arrangements confirmed separately from the production estimate.
Work backward from the date the pack is needed at the filling site, distinguishing sample decisions, packaging production and transport. Share whether jars, lids and boxes must arrive together or can be staged, so the delivery discussion matches the actual assembly plan.
