Wholesale Overview
Diffuser bottles need to balance fragrance-oil compatibility, reed opening, evaporation performance and decorative presentation. Bottle capacity, neck/opening, cap or collar, reed diameter/count and gift-box clearance should be developed as one home-fragrance packaging system. Typical buyers include Home-fragrance brands, Private-label diffuser manufacturers, Hospitality / amenity suppliers. For planning, From 1,000 pcs on selected standard diffuser bottles; some current sets are planned at 2,000–3,000 pcs. Typically around 7 working days for standard bottle samples. Around 35 working days is a practical reference after sample and decoration approval for selected standard programs. The recommended sourcing…

OEM & Customization
Customization can combine color spraying, frosting, screen print / hot stamping and metallic cap accents with matched diffuser caps / collars, stoppers / plugs and project-specific secondary packaging. Existing molds are preferred when speed and cost efficiency matter; custom mold development is suitable when the brand requires a proprietary shape or structure. Approve the actual decorated and assembled sample because glass/ceramic/metal surface, component fit and retail packaging can change the final result.
Packaging & Export
Packing for glass diffuser bottles is planned from the real product shape, weight, decoration and accessory set. Separate tall diffuser bottles and protect coated surfaces from side rubbing. Pack caps, shipping plugs and reeds by matching SKU; protect reed bundles from bending and decorative caps from scratching. For branded programs, retail boxes or inserts should be sized from the approved assembled product. Master-carton quantity and pallet pattern should be confirmed against actual unit weight…

FAQ
Quick answers to the questions that most often affect product selection, sampling and quotation.
Start with the target fragrance fill, bottle stability, opening size and the intended reed system. The bottle should remain stable when the reeds are installed, and the opening should provide enough clearance for the selected reed quantity and diameter without being unnecessarily large.
Then confirm the transport plug or stopper, decorative cap, fragrance compatibility, evaporation rate, decoration and retail packaging on the filled assembled sample. Diffuser performance depends on the bottle, fragrance, reeds and closure working together.
Many reed diffuser products use a separate sealing plug or transport closure to reduce leakage during filling, packing and shipping. A decorative cap is not automatically the transport seal.
Match the plug or closure to the exact bottle opening and test it with the intended fragrance. Also confirm how the consumer removes the seal and inserts the reeds, and make sure the final retail pack has enough space for the bottle, cap, plug and reeds.
The opening determines how the reeds enter the bottle and contributes to the exposed liquid area, while reed quantity, diameter, material and length affect fragrance transfer and evaporation. A larger opening or more reeds does not automatically mean better performance and can shorten product life.
Test the actual fragrance base and reed set in the selected bottle under realistic room conditions, then balance scent output, evaporation rate and expected use duration before production.
Yes, but the selected coating, printing, label or other decoration should be evaluated with the actual fragrance and filling process. Oil can contact the bottle exterior during filling or consumer use, and some formulas can affect coatings, adhesives or printed surfaces.
Check adhesion, staining, rubbing and long-term appearance on decorated samples. Protective packing should also prevent coated bottles from rubbing against each other during shipment.
