2、 Packaging material requirements
The materials used in the packaging of cosmetic products must be safe and should not cause harm to human body.
3、 Packaging appearance requirements
1. The bottle body shall be stable, the surface shall be smooth, the thickness of the bottle wall shall be basically uniform, there shall be no obvious scar, deformation, cold explosion and crack. The bottle mouth shall be upright and smooth without burrs (burrs), and the matching structure of thread and bayonet shall be intact and upright. The matching between the bottle and the cap shall be tight without sliding teeth, looseness and leakage. The inside and outside of the bottle should be clean.
2. Cover
(1) Inner cover: the inner cover shall be complete, smooth, clean and free from deformation. The inner cover shall be well matched with the bottle and outer cover. The inner cover shall not be left out. (2) Outer cover: the outer cover shall be upright, smooth and free from breakage, crack and burr (Burr). The color of the outer cover shall be uniform. The thread fitting structure of the outer cover shall be intact. The color of the outer cover with anodized aluminum or bronzing shall be uniform. The flip type outer cover shall be turned up flexibly without fracture at the connecting part. The cap and bottle shall be closely matched without sliding teeth and looseness.
3. Bag
The bag shall not have obvious wrinkles, scratches or air bubbles. The color of the bag shall be uniform. The bag shall be sealed firmly without opening, perforation and liquid (paste) leakage. The composite bag shall be firmly compounded and coated evenly.
4. The tube body of the hose shall be smooth, tidy, uniform in thickness, without obvious scratches, and uniform in color. The sealing of the hose shall be firm and correct, and there shall be no opening or wrinkle (except for the normal indentation of the mold). The cover of the hose shall meet the requirements of 5.3. The composite membrane of the hose shall be free from floating.
5. The surface of the box shall be smooth and upright, and there shall be no obvious exposed scratch, burr (Burr), serious shrinkage and damage. The opening tightness of the box should be appropriate. When taking out the flower box, you can't peel it with your fingers, so as to pinch the cover edge and the bottom doesn't fall by itself. The mirror, contents and box inside the box shall be pasted firmly, the mirror image shall be good, and there shall be no exposed scratch and damage.
6. The spray can body shall be flat without rust, the weld shall be smooth without obvious scratch and concave, and the color shall be uniform. The roll of the spray can shall be smooth without wrinkles, cracks and deformation. The cover of spray tank shall meet the requirements of 5.3.2.
7. Ingot tube the tube body of ingot tube shall be upright and smooth, without crack, burr (Burr), obvious scratch and uniform color. The parts of the spindle tube shall be matched with appropriate tightness to ensure that the contents can be rotated out or pushed out normally.
8. Cosmetic pen the pen holder and pen cover of cosmetic pen shall be smooth and correct without glue opening and cracking of paint film. The fit between the pen holder and the pen sleeve of the cosmetic pen should be elastic and appropriate. The color of the cosmetic pen should be uniform.
9. The nozzle shall be upright and clean without damage and crack. The assembly parts of the nozzle shall be complete to ensure smooth spraying.
10. Printing and labeling
The printed patterns and handwriting of cosmetics packaging shall be neat, clear, not easy to fall off, and the color shall be uniform. The label of cosmetic packaging shall not be wrong, missing or upside down, and the paste shall be firm.
11. Outer box (1) flower box: the flower box shall be tightly matched with the middle box packaging. The flower box shall be clean, upright and flat, and the box cover shall be well covered without wrinkles, missing edges and corners. The bonding part of the flower box shall be pasted firmly without pasting trace, cracking and mutual adhesion. The product shall be free from wrong loading, missing loading and inversion.
(2) Medium box: the medium box shall be tightly matched with the flower box packaging. The medium box shall be clean, upright and flat, and the box cover shall be well covered. The bonding part of the middle box shall be pasted firmly without pasting trace, cracking and mutual adhesion. The product shall be free from wrong loading, missing loading and inversion. The middle box label shall be correct, clean and complete, and shall indicate the product name, specification, boxed quantity and manufacturer's name as required. (3) Plastic sealing: the plastic sealing shall be firmly bonded without cracking. The plastic sealing surface shall be clean and free from damage. There is no wrong loading, missing loading and inversion in the plastic package. (4) Transportation package: the transportation package shall be neat, upright, smooth and firmly sealed. The product shall be free from wrong loading, missing loading and inversion. The marks of the transportation package shall be removed, complete and properly positioned, and shall indicate the product name, manufacturer's name and address, net content, product quantity, whole box quality (gross weight), volume, production date and shelf life, or production batch number and limited use date as required.
